After studying law at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, Mrs. Beermann completed her legal clerkship in Schleswig-Holstein, including internships at the German Embassy in India and at a foundation in Lebanon. After her second state examination, she worked in the corporate/M&A department of one of the major international commercial law firms in Hamburg. 

In the Riverside team, she has been advising small and medium-sized companies on commercial and corporate law since 2020. The focus of her work is on corporate law advice to shareholders and companies and comprehensive support in shareholder disputes as well as company successions. Another focus is advising start-ups in each state, from the founding process until the exit.
