After completing his legal studies, Dr. Christian Depken earned his doctorate in real estate and accounting law at the University of Hamburg. He is a legal specialist for commercial and corporate law and advises companies and their shareholders regarding any and all questions of corporate and commercial law. His activities center around consultations during shareholder disputes, advising during transaction business (M&A) and company succession and the defense against claims relating to professionals (tax accountants, certified public accountants, and attorneys) based on allegations of faulty advice.
