After studies of law at the Christian-Albrechts-University in Kiel and graduation about a group law subject, Dr. Kirsten Mäurer has been operating as partner in corporate law and insolvency law for more than 20 years. Based on this experience she provides as specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law legal advice for small and medium-sized businesses as well as their shareholders regarding foundation, share and asset deals. Further focus lies on the solution of shareholder’s disputes. As specialist lawyer for Insolvency and restructing law, Dr. Kirsten Mäurer provides legal advice for those enterprises being affected as creditors by the insolvency of a contractual partner, and supports companies and its institutions in case of restruction or when taking the step into insolvency.
