After studying law at the University of Bielefeld with a focus on commercial law, Mr. Füchtenhans completed his legal clerkship, which included stints at two commercial law firms in Bielefeld and Munich.

Mr. Füchtenhans has been part of the Riverside team since 2023. He advises on all matters of contract law. This includes, for example, supply and commercial contracts, service and corporate contracts, construction contracts and, in particular, lease agreements.
